8 oz cream cheese softened
½ cup butter softened (not margarine)
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp cracked peppercorn
1 tsp finely chopped shallots
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese and butter until smooth. Add garlic, peppercorns shallots and salt. Beat until well combined. Beat in milk and pecans until well mixed. Serve at room temperature. Makes 1 ¾ cup.
