1 lb. pizza dough
12 oz. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp, chopped
1 small leek, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
12 oz. shredded mozzarella
4 T. Olive oil
Truffle oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Roll dough out into a thin crust. Brush olive oil and chopped garlic onto pizza crust and cook for approx. 8 minutes. Cover dough with shrimp, leeks, and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle the top with truffle oil. Put back into the oven until cheese is melted and bubbling.
