1 package of stuffing mix
6 boneless pork loin chops
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Heat overn to 375 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 9X13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. top the chops with stuffing. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. uncover. Bake an additional 10 mins. or until chops are cooked through.
