1 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and cut into chunks
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 T. melted butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 11X9-inch baking dish. Spread chicken in bottom of dish. Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Spread the crackers over top of all. Drizzle butter over crackers. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
