Ingredients:  
1 tub imperial cheese (red tub)
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp sour cream
1 piece celery chopped finely
2 green onion chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheeses and mix well with all ingredients. Let sit in fridge for 1 hour and then form into a ball. Roll in crushed pecan and parsley. Serve with snack crackers.
You can also make mini cheese balls by rolling into bite size balls.
