1 finely chopped onion
˝ cup grated carrot, chopped red capsicum, and celery =1˝ cups
4Bacon rashers (diced)
˝cup corn kernels
˝ cup grated cheese
˝ cup self raising flour.
30 g melted butter
4 eggs

Grease an 8 inch round dish and lightly dust with dry breadcrumbs.

Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Bake moderate oven 35-40 mins.
