1 c. coarsly chopped Jonathon apples, unpeeled
3/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 TB. sour cream
1/3 c. shredded green cabbage
4 1/2 tsp. milk
1/3 c. shredded red cabbage
1 TB. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 TB. chopped bell pepper
1-2 tsp. sugar

Combine apple and lemon juice in resealable storage bag. Toss to coat. Combine the next 5 ingredients in small bowl until blended. Add apple mixture, carrots, cabbage, and pepper. Toss to coat.

My recipe calls for fat free sour cream and fat free milk. Although I am not all for fat free, I do find it makes for a thinner dressing... which in turn makes it a little bit yummier. It's all what you prefer.
