6 eggs, 6slices of bread, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 cup packaged grated cheddar cheese, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp salt, and 1 pound mild sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage,lightly brown and drain grease. In bowl beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Add cheese and sausage. Oil a glass 13x9 inch baking dish. Put bread on bottom of glass baking dish and pour mixture over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
