3 tsp. Poppy Seeds
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 Eggs
1 c. Plain Yogurt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl stir together flour, poppy seeds, salt, and soda. In large bowl cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour mixture. Pour batter into greased muffin tins.
Bake: 400º F. Time: 15 Minutes
