3 [8oz.] Pkg. Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Chocolate Chips
2 c. Graham Crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs and 3 T. melted Butter. Spread on bottom of 10" Springform pan. Blend cream cheese, eggs, and 3/4 c. sugar together until smooth. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Using teaspoons, place cookie dough evenly over crust in dollops. Pour cheese mixture over the top.

Bake: 350º F. Time: 40 Minutes

Spread mixture of 1 c. Sour Cream, 2 tsp. Sugar, and 1 tsp. Vanilla over top of hot cake. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
