1/4 c. Fresh Parmesan Cheese. finely shredded
1/2 c. Dry Breadcrumbs
1/3 c. Frech Parsley, chopped
1/4 c. Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
3/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 30 [1 1/2"] meatballs. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes. Yield: 30 Meatballs

These are nice to make ahead of time and freeze. Remove only the meatballs you need per serving and heat in marinara sauce. Pour over spaghetti and serve.
