1/2 c. Dry Breadcrumbs
1/2 c. Fresh Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/3 c. Green Onions, finely chopped
1/3 c. Carrot, coarsely shredded
1/4 c. Zucchini, coarsley shredded
1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp . Salt
1/4 tsp . Pepper
1 Large Egg White
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 30 [1 1/2" ] meatballs. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Serving Size: 4-5 Meatballs
