1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. Cajun or Creole seasoning
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. parsley
1 T. honey
1 T. soy sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. uncooked large shrimp, shelled and deveined
Lemon wedges
French bread

Combine first 7 ingredients in 9x13 baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450º. Bake, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with French bread.
