2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Shortening
3/4 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Coconut
3 c. Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix in coconut and oats. Drop cookies 2" apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake: 350º F. Time: 10-12 Minutes
