1 large can of pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs beaten
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 box yellow cake mix, no added pudding
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup nuts, chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix first five ingredients as you would for pumpkin pie filling. Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle box of cake mix over filling and then pour melted butter over filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 1 hour. Be careful not to overbake!!
