6 T flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
4 cups rhubarb, cut small
1 recipe of pastry
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º
Mix flour and sugar, add eggs. Mix thoroughly and add rhubarb. Fill pastry and cover. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35 minutes.
