2 T olive oil
2 cups chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 cups chicken broth
1 tsp coriander or 4 T fresh cilantro, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/2 tsp salt
7 oz chopped green chilies
2 cans Great Northern Beans, drained
2 cans white Kidney Beans
4 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Add broth and seasoning and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes. Add chicken and beans and heat through. (Better if prepared the day before)

Serve with shredded cheese, diced avocado, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or garnishes of choice.
