1/2 pkg. vanilla wafers
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup butter, creamed
2 eggs
1 cup whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers and line bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Cream sugar, butter, eggs and nuts and spread over wafers. Combine whipped cream, sugar, vanilla and pineapple and top butter layer.

Chill for at least 2 hours.

When Debbie had a boyfriend from college visit one summer, Keenan asked him if he liked "refrigerator dessert". When he answered that he didn't know, Keenan said that he had better plan to eat at the El Torrito because Debbie didn't know how to "cook" anything else.
