4 c. cooked grits
2 c. milk
1 T. salt
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. hot sauce
1 T. white pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. butter
1/2 lb. pork breakfast sausage, browned
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
5 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake in preheated 325º oven for one hour.
