1 1/2 c cracker meal
1/3 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c flour
1 tsp Italian herbs seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

2 eggs
1 c milk

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pam in a baking dish; set aside.

Combine all dry ingredients, set aside.

In separate bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat well.

Pound chicken breasts into flat pieces.

Dip chicken in egg mixture; then into the cracker meal mixture.

Let sit in fridge at least 30 minutes.

Brown in skillet with a little bit of oil; transfer to baking dish.

Bake 15-30 minutes, or till chicken is golden brown and no longer pink inside.

Serve with pasta and sauce.
