5 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli, medium sized pieces
1-can of cream of chicken soup
1-can of Progresso cream of chicken and wild rice soup
6-chicken breasts
1-cup of mayonnaise
1-Tbsp. of lemon juice
1-cup of grated cheese - we use American or Colby, but you can use your favorite kind.
1-1 1/2 cups of toasted bread crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
use a 9 x 13 inch pan (we use a glass pan).
Cook broccoli and place in bottom of pan.
Boil chicken for 5 minutes and shred or cut into bit sized pieces and place on top of the broccoli.
Mix together the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with the cheese and bread crumbs.
