Ingredients:  
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
10 oz. bag frozen corn, rinsed
1 can black beans, drained
1/4 c. olive oil
4 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice

Mix all ingredients together. Very yummy with Fritos or tortilla chips!

I'm not sure that I actually use an entire 10 oz. bag of corn...just use however much corn you'd like!
