1 lb. italian turkey sausage
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped onions
6 c. chopped zucchini
1 can 28oz diced tomatoes
1 can beef broth
2 cans water
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In large saucepan, brown sausage. Remove with slotted spoon to paper towel to drain.
Saute celery, carrots and onion in pan.
Add sausage and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
