Mrs. Grass fine egg noodles
1-8 oz. corn
2 T. shortening
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. cut-up pork
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1/2 can milk
1-2 oz. can pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook 1/2 package of noodles as directed on the package;drain. Melt shortening in large skillet, and brown the pork and the green pepper, drain. Add the rest and put in ungreased casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.(I did cover.)

I don't use corn in this. I used slices of cheese (3) instead of shredded--because that is what I had on hand, and I would rather grow a cow, milk her and MAKE the cheese, then run out to the store for one ingredient when I am cooking .
