1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, tops & all, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 teas. (or a bit more) Oregano
2 cans Beef Consomme, plus 1 can water
1 1/2 cups raw rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown butter, onions, can of mushrooms and oregano in skillet. Butter a 2 qt. casserole. Add contents of skillet plus the 2 cans of beef consomme and 1 can water. Add 1 1/2 c of rice. Bake for 45 - 1 hour at 350 degrees.
