1 bag of chopped cabbage ( I use Dole cabbage with carrots
2 2oz. packages of slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 package oriental flavored Ramen noodles from soup mix....

Dressing:
1/2 to 3/4 salad oil (canola, vegetable, corn)
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
seasoning packet from soup mix

Directions:

Break Ramen Noodles into small pieces and mix with almonds and sesame seed. Toast ingredients in a frying pan with a bit of butter... mix frequently

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar or small bowl. Shortly before serving, place chopped cabbage in a medium bowl and pour on dressing. Add noodle mix right before serving.
