6 c. chicken stock
1 whole onion, salted
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground meat, browned
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1-1/2 c. American cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. corn starch (mix w/ water)
chopped cilantro

Add first 10 ingredients to large pot. Bring to boil, slowly stir in cornstarch and water mixture.

Add cilantro.

Fry strips of tortilla to sprinkle on top just before serving.

Optional: diced jalapeņos, chopped cabbage, chopped avocado.

Subsitute ground meat with boiled chicken
