Combine all ingredient above (except chicken) to form your marinade. Marinate chicken over night. Turn over after 8 hours and let sit another 5 hours. Separate chicken from marinade and heat up marinade in a saucepan. Baste chicken with the marinade on a hot grill so it sears all the flavors in the chicken. Cook till 168 degrees internal temperature. Should be 6 minutes each side. Always keep basting. For a side dish add fresh Thyme to marinade for grilled vegetables.
