8 lbs. ground beef
4 cups bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
6 cups water
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup Parmesan10 i cheese
8 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Chopped green pepper to taste

4 cups tomato sauce
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together top ten ingredients. ( I use some tomato sauce in place of all the water ). Bake 375 degrees for one hour. Put the tomato sauce on top. Add cheese and oregano . Bake another 30 minutes.
