Directions:Open the 1 can of Coke or Dr. Pepper, take a sip and relax. Next brown the ground beef adding spices to taste (garlic, onion, celery). Mix salsa and tomato sauce with ground beef. Take another sip of your Coke or Dr. Pepper. Mmmm good. Put a little of the sauce in the bottom of the pan. Place 2 to 4 tortillas in the bottom add 1/2 the sauce meat mixture. Add cheese on top then layer again with tortillas, sauce and topping off with more of that GLORIOUS cheese. Heat oven to 400º and bake until cheese is melted on top ( I like my edges of cheese crispy. MMMMMMM ) |
