Grease 1 loaf pan. Bake 350 oven 60-70 mins. Check center to see if done.

1 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. Splenda & 1/4 c. sugar (or 1 c. sugar)
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 T. vinegar + milk to make 1/2 c. liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, sugar, eggs and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Alternate with bananas and liquid, stirring only to moisten.

Remove from pan and cool several hours before slicing.

If you use Splenda it is a good choice for diabetics.
