2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
Filling:
3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. slat
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. hot coffee or water
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk

Generously grease and lightly flour a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Prepare filling, by beating the sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and egg till smooth. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Set aside. In a large mixer bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute at high speed. Add remaining ingredients except Filling and nuts, beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. By hand stir in the nuts. Pour 1/2 the batter into prepared pan. Carefully spoon the prepared filling over batter, then top with remaining batter. Bake @ 350º for 70-75 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool Upright in pan for 15 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely, drizzle glaze made by combining;
1 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla
3 TB. cocoa 1-3 TB. hot water
2 TB. butter
