2 potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
2 T. salsa
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. bacon bits
1/4 c. chopped tomato
2 T. chopped green onion

3 T. mayo
2 T. sour cream
1 T. ranch mix
1 1/2 tsp. bacon bits
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cut each potato lengthwise into wedges. Cut out pulp, leaving skin. Save pulp for something else. Place skins in microwave safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, for 8 - 10 min. or until tender. Brush with butter; top with salsa, shredded cheese and bacon bits. Grill potatoes, skin side down, uncovered, for 4 - 6 min.; or broil for 4 - 6 min. until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato and onion. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Serve with skins.
