1/2 cup butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cerely
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
3/4 cup all pupose flour
6 cups chicken broth low sodium
2 cups cooked wild rice
1 pound cooked chicken breast , chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teasoon curry
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups of half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large saucepan over meduim heat. Add onion. celery, carrotts and saute for 5 mins, Add mushroom and saute for 2 more mins. Add flour and stir well. Gaadually add broth stirring aonstantly. Add mushroom soup.
Next add cooked rice, chicken, salt, pepper, curry , mustard powder. Allow to heat through. Then add half and half . Let simmer for 2 hours. DO NOT BOIL. ROUX WILL BREAK.
