4 eggs separated
lemon peel
milk
fat
Apples sliced round
powder sugar
syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, egg yolk, lemon peel, and make pancake dough. Add beaten egg whites. Dip sliced apples in batter and fry over low heat.
Sprinkle with powder sugar and syrup
