2 C chopped celery
4 sliced hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 canned pimentos cut up
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 C crushed potato chips
2/3 cup finley shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 C slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eleven ingredients. Toss lightly. Place in shallow baking dish. (9 X 13)
Mix three remaining ingredients, chips, cheese and almonds, and top salad.
Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Wtach for overbaking symptoms, reduce heat if they occur.
