2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded carrots
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.

In separate bowl combine and beat together eggs, oil and milk.

Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and stir just until all are moistened.

Fold in carrots and nuts.

Bake 350º for about an hour.
