1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Old bay season
1/4 tsp pepper.
1 egg
Coat fish in cornmeal egg mixture,heat oil (1/2-inch) in skillets until hot,Fry fish in hot oil over medium heat, until golden brown.
