Ingredients:  
2 unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. celery seed
1 T. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers, pepper, and onion in large bowl. Sprinkle with celery seed and salt. Stir gently and let stand for 1 hour.
Stir sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables, which have excess salty liquid drained off. Refrigerate.
Will keep for weeks.
