1 c. butter or margarine
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. mint flavored chocolate chips
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

1 square white baking chocolate
1 tsp vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Set aside.

In a 3 quart saucepan, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in sugar and peppermint extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour and salt. Stir until well blended.
Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle with chips. Bake for additional 1 minute. Immediately spread melted chips evenly over brownies.

In 1 quart saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Drizzle glaze in crosswise parallel lines 1 inch apart over top of melted chips. Immediately draw a butter knife lengthwise through glaze in straight lines to form pattern. Let dry completely before cutting.
