1 orange or 4 oz orange juice concentrate
choose 2-3:
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup cut up banana
1/4 cup apple chunks
1/4 cup kiwi fruit chunks
1/4 cup apricot chunks
1/4 cup peach chunk
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
1/4 cup pear chunks
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup mango chunks

Directions:
Put orange in blender, turn on low for 30 seconds. Add other fruits one at a time, waiting 1 minute between to blend well. If too thick add 2 T. ice water, if too thin add 2 cubes ice until it is how you like it.
