Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1- 1.25 oz package taco seasoning mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp water
2- 8 oz pkgs. refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 med. green bell pepper
1 & 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 med. tomato, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 c salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook & drain ground beef. Combine meat, seasoning mix, cheese and water in bowl. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13" round pizza pan (cookie sheet will work too), with bases overlapping in center and tips pointing to the outside (there should be a five" circle in center).

Using a tablespoon, scoop meat mixture onto the base of the crescent ring. Fold points of triangles over the filling and tuck under base at center (filling will not be completely covered). Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

While the ring is baking. Cut the top off the bell pepper and clean the inside. Fill bell pepper with salsa. Before serving place the bell pepper filled with salsa in the center of the ring. Spread the lettuce, onion, & tomatoes around the pepper. Garnish with sour cream. Cut and serve.
