2 c. butter
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. brown sugar
5 c. oatmeal
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. M & M's
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oatmeal first and blend in blender to a fine powder. Set aside. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips/m & m's. Roll into big balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet (I put 8 on a cookie sheet at a time).

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Sooooo yummy. Makes a lot of cookies! The bigger, the better! I like to undercook them a little bit and leave them on the cookie sheet to finish cooking out of the oven.
