1/3 c. raspberry6 vinaigrette
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 pkg. (10oz.) fresh baby spinach
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted opt.

1. In a blender, combine the vinaigrette, sugar, salt and mustard. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Stir in poppy seeds. Transfer to a small pitcher or bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.

2. Just before serving, toss the spinach, strawberries and pecans in a large salad bowl. Serve with the dressing.
