Mix together
1 beaten egg
4 tablespoon liquid shortening
¾ cup milk
Sift together
¾ cup Malt-O-Meal
1 ¼ cups sifted flour
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Dry ingredients in bowl make a well in middle and pour in liquid mixture and stir until moistened. Fill cup cake papers ¾ full in muffins pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Makes 12.
