2 cup bisquick
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fat or oil (3 to 4”) to 375 degrees in pan.
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough ¼ “ thick cut with floured doughnut cutter. Drip rings into hot fat. Fry about ½ minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain. If desired spread with glaze. 8 to 10 doughnuts
