1 ¾ teaspoon yeast
pinch of sugar
1 1/3 cups warm water
¼ cup olive oil, plus additional for brushing crust
3 ¾ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the yeast and sugar into water in mixer bowl; let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Stir in oil. Mix the flour and salt add to yeast mixture. Mix until dough comes together. Knead at medium speed until soft and satiny but firm about 3 minutes .Place dough in light oiled bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape and cover with a towel and let rise for no longer than 30 minutes. Select topping. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake on stone lightly sprinkle with corn meal, (may use pizza pan or cookie sheet) Bake 25 to 30 minutes. If desired brush with olive oil.
