1 stick butter, no substitutions
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips
approx. 50 saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Layer tightly placed saltines on top of foil. Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and stir over medium heat until it forms a thick syrup. Bake for 15 minutes, being careful not to burn. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot crackers and let stand until chocolate chips are melted enough to spread. Carefully spread chocolate with a spatula or knife until smooth and even. Chill until hardened. Peel of foil; break into pieces.
