1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 loaf French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut the top from the French bread and hollow out the loaf; save bread pieces and the top. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into hollowed out loaf. Replace top of the loaf and wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Serve with bread pieces, chips, and crackers.
