Whoopie Pies:
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Filling:
3/4 c. crisco
6 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
pinch of salt
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whoopie pies: Mix flour, salt, soda, cocoa, and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and milk. Beat all together and drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Leave room for spreading. Bake at 350º for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling: Blend crisco, marshmallow fluff, salt & sugar together spread on whoopie pies.
