Whoopie Pies:
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3/4 c. crisco
6 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
pinch of salt
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Whoopie pies: Mix flour, salt, soda, cocoa, and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and milk. Beat all together and drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Leave room for spreading. Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling: Blend crisco, marshmallow fluff, salt & sugar together spread on whoopie pies.
